Scope of Terms
These terms and conditions are the terms on which Savage Golf Ltd sell tickets for games of golf at our venue in Norwich. These Terms apply to online bookings made by you for Tickets via our website www.savagegolf.co.uk.
We do accept some walk in bookings, however these are on a first come first serve basis.
Please ensure you’ve read and understood the terms and conditions before making a booking.
By making a booking you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, and by any document referenced within them.
From time to time the terms and conditions may be updated, please ensure you read again before every booking that you make.
Savage Golf shall be running a popup 9-hole course and bar in Norwich from the end of November through December.
Our website www.savagegolf.co.uk is operated by ourselves. Our booking system is provided and operated by TicketCo.
We are a cocktail bar so smart casual dress is required. No football shirts or tracksuit bottoms will be allowed entry. Suitable footwear must be worn. We do have a cloakroom for your coats and jackets.
Savage golf accepts no liability for any lost or stolen property.
We do not provide any of your personal details to any third party services.
We use a third party ticketing company TicketCo to process and manage bookings on our behalf. To make a booking you will be transferred onto their operating system. Please ensure you aware of any additional terms and conditions which they may operate.
The venue contains flashing , UV and neon lights, as well as loud music.
No animals are permitted to enter the venue other than assistance dogs.
Savage Golf does not accept any liability for the loss or damage to any property you bring with you to the venue, including items left in the cloakroom.
The venue operates CCTV for the purposes of security. No footage is shared with any third parties, unless at the request of the police.
Should you decide to cancel your booking, no refunds are provided. No refunds or tee off time change is permitted if you have been refused entry to the venue.
Should Savage Golf need to cancel your booking, a full refund shall be provided. This may take up to five working days to process.
We reserve the right to cancel any booking at our discretion and pay a full refund.
Under 18s are only allowed entry to our venue during the following times:
Tue - Thu 14:00 - 17:00
Sat Over 18s Only
Sun 14:00 - 17:00
There must be at least one adult per four under 18s. Last available tickets for under 18s will be at 16:20.
Please arrive 20 minutes before your allocated tee off time. On arrival please report to the meet and greet desk in order for your tickets to be scanned.
If you forget your tickets then you will not be eligible for a refund.
If you are running late then please let us know as earliest as possible. It will be at our discretion and availability to whether we can accommodate at another time.
For group bookings please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your request. Please state the amount in your group and what times you would prefer.
We operate a ‘Challenge 25 policy’. Please bring a valid ID with you as this will be required by everyone in our venue. We have the right to refuse entry to anyone who does not have a valid ID. A refund will not be provided to those who are refused entry.
At Savage golf we have a zero tolerance policy. Anyone found of misconduct will be asked to leave. This includes using the golf equipment inappropriately.
At Savage golf players must accept that there are hazards when playing such as raised steps, sharp corners and generally uneven surfaces. Dimmed lighting, loud music and flashing lights will also be consistently in operation at the venue. Players will at all times take the upmost care and abide by all the venues safety rules. Players will adhere to all directions given to them by Savage golf staff and respect their decisions.
Putters must not be swung above ankle height under any circumstances. No climbing on any objects for any reason. Those who do not abide by these rules will be asked to leave.
Our Liability to You
If Savage Golf fails the terms it has set out, we would be responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of the breached Terms or by our own negligence. We take no responsibility for any loss or damage that would not have been foreseeable or as a result of your own negligence or disregard for the venue rules.
Foreseeable loss or damage is classed as an outcome where it is evident that it would occur or if, at the time that the contract was formed, both Savage Golf and yourself knew that it may occur.
